PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Houston County and the Cities of
Centerville, Perry, and Warner Robins,
in compliance with the Minimum Planning
Standards and Procedures for Solid
Waste Management, hereby announce a
joint public hearing for the Houston
County/City of Centerville/City of
Perry/City of Warner Robins Joint Solid
Waste Management Plan. The proposed
plan has been prepared to comply with
the minimum solid waste planning
standards established by the
Department of Community Affairs,. All
interested citizens are encouraged to
attend.
The objectives of the hearing arc:
1. to brief the communities on the
contents of the plan;
2. to provide an opportunity for
residents to make suggestions,
additions, or revisions to the proposed
plan; and
3. to notify the communities of the
expected date the plan will be submitted
to the Middle Georgia Regional
Development Center for review.
Copies of the proposed solid waste
management plan will be made available
for public inspection in the Houston
County Libraries of Warner Robins,
Centerville, and Perry and at the Middle
Georgia Regional Development Center in
Macon. The hearing will be held at the
following location and time.

Education has declared the real estate
property described below as surplus
school property, and no longer needed
in the educational program of Houston
County, and the same will never be
needed for educational purposes again.
All that tract or parcel of land lying'
and being in the Thirteenth Land District
of Houston County, Georgia, being part
of Land Lot No. 202, therein, containing
10 (ten) acres, more or less more fully
