Wood chip mulch is available at
the city bam. With the recent storm
damage, city crews have been work
ing overtime on clean-up activity.
The result is a big pile of mulch,
free for the taking. It is also part of
the recycling and waste disposal re
duction that the state of Georgia
wants all communities to accom
plish.
The mulch is good for gardens,
for animal bedding, to fill in low
places in your yard or drive, for
walkways, and for carbon content in
home compost. And it is free. So
come by the city management area
at Jernigan and Tucker roads any
time.
