Canning & Bra, 95.08, It was moved and seconded tbat W. E. Smith, marshal, be suspend ed from duty for 10 days. The motion was carried. The yeas and nays were called. Aldermen Hub bard, Staton, Eberhart, Williams and Dunlap voted yea, and Al derman Puckett- voted no. The yeas being in a majority Mr. Smith was suspended from duty for 10 days.
