Atlanta, Ga., Oct.. 10,-—Secre tary of State Cook lead the ticket in the recent election, receiving 81,900 votes. The result of the election was declared today, except that of the vote for governor, which under the law, must be counted by the general assembly. The following was the vote: Sec retary of state; Philip Cook,81,900; Comptroller general, William A. Wright, 81,540; Treasurer, Robert E. Park, 81,395; Attorney general, John C.
