THE GAINESVILLE NEWS, WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 8, 1902. “One Christmas Eve” has made the greatest hit New York and Chicago have known for years, and this success ful comedy will be presented here by the Brennan-Sale Company at Hunt's Opera House on Monday evening, Oct. 20th. The Horse Swappers Convention met here last week, and there were many on hand to take part in the delibera tions of the body. There were swaps and trades in abundance, and,the swap pers had a good time generally. At the old fair grounds the swappers made headquarters, and there they held their races.
