Miss Nina Smith left a day or two ago to visit friends and rela tives at Stillmore, Ga * Miss Mattie McDonald visited Atlanta last week. Dr. E. E. Dixon made a busi ness trip to Atlanta last week. Miss RatUe Suddath spent a few days of this week in Atlanta Mr.J. G McGuire of Dahlonega was m the city for a few days last week. Mr, Victor E. Candler of Atlan ta, spent Sunday at his former home here. Mr. J. C. McConnell spent sev eral days of last week in Atlanta, on business. Prof. J. W. Marion spent Sat urday in Atlanta, the guest of his brother. Mrs. Joe Boone has been spend ing several days in Atlanta, the guest of friends.. Mr: G. P. Boone will soon move his family to Maysville where he will enter business. . Hon. Thomas M. Bell, clerk of Hall superior court, spent last Fri day in the Gate City. Rev.- and Mrs. William MeGar- rity of Kentucky, are guests ot Dr. and Mrs. J. A. Wynne. Mr, and Mrs. J. G. Hynds and Mr. Howard Hvnds have returned from their trip to the north. Mrs.. Annie Willis Hynds of Hawkinsville, is the guest of Mrs. Howard Thompson on E. Broad street. Mr. Will Pillow, who has been visiting his sister, Mrs. J. M. Oli ver, returned Saturday to Mem phis. The Missionary Tea given last Thursday evening at the home of Mrs. Richard Burnett was quite a success. Mrs. Attie Rudolph and Miss Sadie McConnell left Monday for Atlanta where they have gone to visit the family of their uncle, Dr. F. C. McConnell. Wanted to Exchange.
