Smith this week sold the Wof ford farm consisting of 300 acres, one and a half miles east of New Holland, to Mr.„ S, E. Brooks of Banks county, who will soon move here and start a fruit and dairy farm. All parties are hereby notified that a bill will be introduced in the present legislature of Georgia, entitled an act to amend' the several acts incorporat ing the city of Gainesville, as well as the acts amendatory thereof and to re- meorporate the City of Gainesville as the City of ;Gameuville anu to grant a new charter to .the.
