Cruel Saw Teeth Nearly Cause Fear-
ful Death.
While Mr. Thomas Jenkinson was
planing a small green log to be sawed
at his saw mill in the lower part of the
state, he fell near the saw while it was
going at full speed, his right foot be
ing against the teeth of the saw. He
would soon hare been sawed in two
but for the fact that he had on a pair
of Green Tag Battle Axe shoes, which
are made from such good leather that
the teeth of the saw had no effect on
it. Ask Parks Bros, about Battle Axe
shoes.

The girls of Clinton county,
Pennsylvania, are said to have or
ganized a club for the purpose of
getting the young men into
trouble—otherwise, married. The
clubs keep tab on all of the eligi
ble young men in the community
regarding thoir good aud bad
qualities aud giving them a rating,
just as Bradstreat’s does for busi
ness houses. When the records
show that a certain young man
has the making of a good husband
in him the girls all show him
marked favor and he is roped in
as soon as possible.

One of the most remarkable cases of

the cough, strengthened my lungs and
restored me to my normal weight,
health and strength. Sold by the City
