An Act to propose to the qualified elec
tors of this State an amendment to
paragraph 2. section .1, article H, of
. the Constitution of the State of Geor
gia. as amended by the ratification
of the qualified electors of this State
of the several Acts approved respect
ively, on July 19, 1904; July n 31,

this proposed amendment, elect a rep
resentative in the housa of represen
tatives of this state, and'an ordinary,
a clerk of the superior court, a sheriff,
a coroner, a tax collector, a tax re
ceiver, a county treasurer and a coun
ty surveyor. Said special election shall
be held at .the .several election, pre-
.cincts existing within the limlts of said
Peach county at the time of the adop
tion of this proposed amendment; and
the ordinary of Houston county shall
appoint election managers for such
election precincts' as may be located
in Houston county at Che time of the
adoption of this proposed amendment:
and the ordinary of Macon county shall
apppint election managers for such
prebincts as may be located in* Ma
con county at the time of the/adoption
of this proposed amendment. On the
day succeeding the holding of said

laws applicable to all other counties
of this state:

Peach county as herein above desig
nated is hereby made ratablv charge
able with aniy debt that may have
been incurred by either: of the coun
ties from which the territory, included
in the new county of Peaoh 1s taken
by the legally conrtituted authorities
of the counties for the purpose of rais
ing revenues for the benefit of either
of said counties, whether the said debt
is a bonded debt or one which has
been incurred , for the benefit in any
way of either of said counties.. The
value of the taxable property included
within the limits,, of said county of
Peach at the time of the adoption of
stitution creating the county/ of
