THE NEWS, GAINESVILLE, GEORGIA, WEDNESDAY, OCT. 4, 1922.
They need the cash, they have too many goods, going out of business, or some old
excuse, but, to make a long story short, you just as well say you want more money.
We find that we are somewhat overstocked, and we need the cash as well. While it is true that goods are
going up all the time, but we have them bought at prices that we can easily undersell the present market and
then make some profit, but our policy is, as has always' been, to serve the people to their gain as"
and make for our own rainy days a few extra dollars.
For Instance: Wife are selling yurd-Wide sheeting Ut 9c per yard; cdttoh checks at 9c per 3
ingat 15cyard. • V- :
We only mention a few prices to give you an idea as we haven’t space to quote prices on
stock as we have. All new and up-to-date merchandise.
a mammoth
In fact a complete stock that covers six thousand square feet of floor space including our wholesale stock
makes it reasonable that we are in position to make prices right un standard merchandise. So buy your winter
goods now and save future advances
