North Georgia Conference, which con
cluded its annual Session in Atlanta
Mond.vy. Rev. tV, T. Hamby is retnrned
to the Gainesville district as Presiding
Elder’, while Rev. W. P. King, many
years- ago pastor , of Myrtle street
church, comes to the First Methodist
church as pastor. He is editor of' the
Wesleyan Christian Advocate and -is
bite of the strong proachers of the con-
fereftce.
; Rev. T. R. Kendall,- Jr., the past two
years pastor of this church, goes to
Madison. , Rev. G. W. Barrett comes to
St. Paul, succeeding Rev. H. D. Pace,
who asked to; be placed upon the super-
animated list.

DEATH OF MRS. RANDLE.
Died last Fridayr at her home, on
Green street after a short illness, at
the age of 77. The remains were car
ried to her fomier home at Roanoke,
Ala., and buried Sunday.
Mrs. Randle left only one descend
ant, a son, Mr. W. N. Randle of this
city. She is survived by one brotther,
Nathan Atkinson, of Wrat Point, Ga.,
and one sister, Miss'Mattie Atkinson,
also of West Point.
