SUFFERING.
'"Thousands of
women are
troubled at
monthly inter- jSS
vals with pains
in the head, JKk
hack, breasts,

hips and limbs.
But they need
not suffer.
These pains are symptoms of
dangerous derangements that
can be corrected. The men
strual function should operate
painlessly.
Win»i

sind regular. It puts the deli
cate menstrual organs in condi
tion to do their work properly.
And that stops all this pain.
Why will any woman suffer
month after month when Wine

The Democratic national com
mittee hasn’t any power to eav
whether the silver issue shall occu
py a leading or a minor place in
the Democratic national piatforui
which will be adopted next year,
but the dispatches indicate that
the committee, at its meeting in
St. Louis, is going to give consider
able attention to the quest ion as to
whether it would be advisable to
give as much prominence to silver
in the next national campaign as
was given to it in the campaign of
189 C.
Thq fact that the matter is be
ing discussed by members of the
committee shows that there is a
very considerable difference of
opinion on the question. What
proportion of the committee favors
keeping silver in the foreground is
not, of course, known, and it is
hardly probable it will be* known
until the meeting of the national
convention. It is pretty safe to
say, however, that a very consid
erable majority are of the opinion
that the 1(5 to one idea should be
given as much prominence as it
is possible to give it. How the
committee will stand a year hence
it is impossible to predict with
any degree of certainty. Many
things may happen before the
meeting of the national conven
tion to change views now enter-
tuined.
Mr. Bryan is easily the most
popular and influential Democrat
in the country. That he believes
that the silver issue should be
kept at the front there is no
doubt. His position will have
great weight with the party, not
only because he has shown himself
Jto be an able leader, but because
if the silver issue were dropped he
would stand very little chance of
the nominationt. The great
majority of the party want him

have doubts of the wisdom of mak

The impression prevails that the
Democratic national committee at

some idea as to what the position

Railroad Will Bs Built
A railroad to Heard’s Shoals,
seven miles west of Dawsonville,
from Marble Hill is almost a cor-1
tainty now. A preliminary sur
vey was recently made which
shows quite a practical route. A
road to this point is of vital im
portance to the owners of the
quarries of Pickens county, as it is
a most desirable water power and
is practically owned by some of
the marble companies operating
in that county. A railroad to
the Shoals would be a long stride
am! a drawing card for extension,
via Dawsonville to Dahlonega and
thence to Gainesville or Lula, of
the road, thereby giving an east

Eczema —which is more than skin-deep, and can not be reached by local appli

the real cause of the trouble, is in the blood, although all suffering is produced
through the skin; the only way to reach the disease, therefore, is through
the blood.
Mr. Phil T. Jones, of Milersville, Ind., writes:
“I had Eczema thirty years, and after a great deal
of treatment my leg was so raw and sore that it gave me ft JHlnB
