keep prisoners in Forsyth jail.

Judge seaborn Reese, what
ever other faults he may have,

a judge accepting a pass. It
has been tlio custom for many
years and as the judges are
poorly paid, these small favors
are thankfully received. But
it developed in the recent inyes

tree passes and paid bis way
like any other citizen when he
traveled to and from his courts.

tariff law to which the laboring
