Valuable Norcross Property.
Residence, Store-House and Vacant Lots
FIRST TUESDAY IN SEPTEMBER.
BY virtue of a special order from tho court of Ordinary of
Gwinnett county, Georgia, will he sold on the promisee de
scribed, nitrated in the town of Norcross, in said c aunty, between
the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in September, 1*97,
and from day to day until said town lots arc disposed of, the
following described town property belonging to the estate of
M. C. Livkly, late of said county, deceased, to-wit:
LOT NO, 1,
An undivided one-half interest in a two-story concreto building
in said tow n, and the lot on which the same is situated, fronting
Forty-One feet on Railroad street, and running hack RIO feet on
Holland street, and adjoining lot of It. F. Medlock on the South.
The building has two large store-rooms on the first story, and I
rooms and hall in second sto"y. The other half interest in said
lot and building belonging to S. T. McElroy,—and being part ot
land lot No. 243 in the Gtii District of said county.
LOT NO. 2,
An undivided one-tl .rd interest iu one town let situated in
said town of Norcross, fronting 38 feet on Railroad street on the
West, and running back 130 feet on Holland street, and North
of said street; on which is situated a one-story framed building,
now occupied as a Post Office. The other two-thirds interest in
said lot belonging to C. P. Lively. Being Lot No. 2, of Block 0,
of Guess' survey.
LOT NO. 3,
One house and lot situated in said town of Norcross, and
known as the home place of said Deceased; fronting 200 feet on’
Stone Mountain street, and on East side of said street, ai.d run
ning hack 149 feet to an alley. On this lot is a two-story framed
residence with 7 rooms, and all necessary out-buildings; fine
water, orchards, etc. This lot is known as No. 24, in Block B,
of Guess’ survey.
LOT NO. 4,
SUB-DIVISION 1. —One town lot situated in said town, iu the
shape of a triangle; fronting 249 feet on Peachtree street, and i
200 feet on Stone Mountain street, and adjoining S. T. McElroy
on the South 200 feet. Being part of lot N 0.243 in the oth Dis
trict of said county.
SUB-DIVISION 2.—Also, one vacant lot fronting 275 feet on
Peachtree street, and 247 feet on right-of-way of Southern Rail
way, and adjoining lands of S. T. McElroy on the South 110 feet,
and other lands of the Estate on the North 212 feet. The South
ern Railroad holds a right-of-way on the West side of this lot of
100 feet in width, which is not sold.

Peachtreet street, and 17* .feet on right-of-way of Southern Rail
way, and 160 feet on North line adjoining vacant lot, and 212
feet on South line adjoining th" above described lot. Th » 100
feet right-of-way of Southern Railroad is excepted.
SUB-DIVISION L—Also, One vacant lot fronting 284 feet on
Peachtree street, 252 feet on Southern Railroad right-of-way.
135 feet on the N >rth line, and 160 feet on South line adjoining
above described lot. The light-es-way of the Southern Railroad
of 100 feet in width is excepted on this lot.
