This section is as healthy as the ; mountains. We have no malaria. A delightful breeze from the Atlantic
Ocean, which is oniy 25 miles away, keeps us cool during the Summer. The lands are cheap and very productive.
This county grows the tinest peaches in Georgia. ¢
The lands here produce to the acre, 30 to 50 pushels of corn, 200 to 300 bushels sweet potatoes, 200 to 300
gallons of syrup. In this county practically everything grows. =We have siuch a short winte: that ‘many different
€rops can be grown in the same land in the same year. _ ,
