The petitton from the citizens of
Uptonville and Racepond was read;
asking the board to send the con
viet gang to Racepond and open
the road tfrom there to Folkston,
which the board agreed 10 do; also
that Mr. J. R, Cooper lay out the
road on the east side of the A.C.I.
track from Racepond to Uptonville
[t was agreed to aliow the surveyor
