State Fair Offers

For the purpose of stimulating
greater interest in the production
of fine tobacco, the authorities of
the Georgia State Fair which will
be held at Savai.nah, Georgia, du
ring the week of October 24-29,
1927, are offering some very at
tractive prizes for the best exhib
its of Georgia grown bright leag
tobacco.
A total of $260.00, divided into
sixteen prizes are being offered.
These handsome prizes ought to
appeel to a larger number of our
good tobacco growers, and bring
out some very attractive exhibits.‘
Of course. any one who is ex
pecting to compete for these pri
zes will have to begin at once to
collect their exhibits, 1 have
been advised the premium list is
as follows: :
