Mr, J. B. Fountain, who has
been in a Jacksonville hospitol
for two weeks recovering from an
operation for appendicitis, return
ed home Sunday night.
Mrs, Albert Smith and two chil
dren, who have been ill for {wo
weeks with Ityphoid fever, are
progressing satisfactorily,
J. C. Boughner was over from
Gray Gables Thursday. ‘
Virginia Rodgers of Folkston is
visiting Lillian Norman this week.
Mrs. Vtto Phillips of Jackson
ville is visiting at the home of her
grandparents, Mr. and Myrs. H. M.
Gooden, :
Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Normun
were in town Friday.
Mr. and Mrs. Graves and family
have moved into the Smith Hotel
huilding.
Lillian and Marie Norman and
their guest, Virginia Rodgers,
Miss Amanda Nobles and Leon
Norman drove to Jacksonville
Sunday.
Mr. S. C, Williawns drove down
from Elkton Sunday and brought
back Mrs. Williams and tne chil
dren who have been visiting for
several weeks.
Mrs. N, W. Smith and children
are out from Jacksonville for a
visit at their apartment in Miss
Baugh’s house. |
Mrs, Aaron Chism is reported
to be sinking condition, Mrs.
Chism has been ill for some time.
Mr. M. Anderson of Jackson
ville spent Sunday at the Barker

Mr. and Mrs, 7. B. Carpenter
were in Jacksonville Saturdey.

vote against the issue of said bonds
