The
General Demand
of the Well-Informed of the World has
always been for a simple, pleasant and
efficient liquid laxative remedy of known
value; a laxative which physicians could
sanction for family use because its com

wholesome and truly beneficial in effect,
acceptable to tho system and gentle, yet

After Inflammatory Rheumatism,

Cuticura Proved Successful.
“About four years ago 1 had a very se¬
vere attack of inflammatory rheumatism.
My skin peeled, and the high fever played
havoc with my hair, which came out in
bunches, I albo had three large bed sores
on my back. I did not gain very rapidly,
and my appetite was very poor. I tried
many ‘sure cures’ but they were of little
help, and until I tried Cuticura Resolvent
I had had no real relief. Then my com¬
plexion cleared and soon I feit better. The
bed sores went very soon after a few appli¬
cations of Cuticura Ointment, and when I
used Cuticura Soap and Ointment for my
hair, it began to regain its former glossy
appearance. Mrs. Lavina J. Henderson,
