Duke and E. L. Duke shows to the Court, that they desire for themselves, their successors and associates to be incorporated under the name and style of G. L. Strip¬ ling Company for the period of i'wenty years with the privilege of j renewal at the expiration of that time as provided by law. 2. The principal office and place j ! of business shall be in the city of Fort Valley, Georgia, but petition- \ ers pray that they may have the right; to establish branch offices at other! places within and without the State of Georgia as may be found expe¬ dient.
