Will Be Elected Judge of the
Court of Appeals
By a seven years service on that
bench and five- years service on the ( '
Superlor Court Bench of Fulton
County he established a record
second to no judge In the State’s
history.
Judge Wade, Chief Judge of the
said Court of Appeals, declared that
Judge Hill’s opinions appearing in
the thirteen volumes of the Appeals
Report "are characterized by learn¬
ing and ability and are of great serv¬
ice to the bench and the bar." His
own qualifications for service on this
bench and the fact that he is the
only son and namesake of Georgia’s
great statesman, lawyer and patriot
who is still remembered and loved by
the people will insure his overwhelm
ing election,

Miami, Florida Will Buy Georgia Bats
Macon.—Hordes of mosquitoes have

ami has written the Macon chamber
of commerce to purchase for him all
the various species of Georgia bats pos
sible, that he might liberate them in

paign. The Miami man says he will
pay the kiddies of Macon a fair price
on any kind of bat. The Boy Scouts
