School closed at noon which shows that Prof. Lambert knows how to reach the hearts of the children after all. For they were ready, each of them to vote him as a “fine fellow. tr Someone has said that circus per¬ formances are proverbial for the speed and clock-like perfection with which they are run, but if you are interested in speed, just wait and watch for an hour or so after the show is over. With tjiis speed is the same clock-like perfection in stow¬ ing away each little piece and stick. It is always unbelievable how the grounds of a circus can be cleared and packed in freight cars in so short a time. Even the roust-a-bouts are as wonderfully trained as the animals and performers. But, say, wasn’t that unusually good music for a circus. MURRAY- ANDERSON The many friends of Miss Eva Murray will be interested to learn of her approaching marriage to Mr. E. R.
