Fall Season.
Conyers is one of the best
business towns in Georgia and
now that the fall seasonjs rap¬
idly approaching it should be
the aim of every business man
in the town to increase his sales
over the same season last year.
It is not au impossible task we
would assign our business men
but one easy of accomplish¬
ment and carrying a perman¬
ent advancement of Conyers as
a market at once profitable
and easy of access to people of
DeKalb, Gwinnett, Walton,
Newton, Henry and Clayton
counties. When once the peo¬
ple of these counties learn of
the advantages to be enjoyed
in this market their sense of
economy will force them to
come here year after year, and
itis only necessary for our bus¬
iness men to arouse themselves
and prodaime thoir business
energetically and the passing of
time will do the rest" It is
needless for us to suggest meth¬
ods by which you may make
your business known. Tou all
know that the very highest mar¬
ket price for all country pro¬
ducts, a good price for cotton
and a willingness to sell your
goods at inducement prices will
soon spread our fame through
out the country, and we sug¬
gest a degree of this effort this

being too warm for comfort in¬

This is what he heard:
< ( Let us pray—all salute— we

all—present your petition—

If you arc it will pay you to consider what we have to sav
about paints, and especially about the EMPIRE RUBBER
PAINT for which we are selling agents for the city. The long
hot season makes ours one of the hardest of climates on paint.
Pure white lead soon chalks off and cheap paints are worthless.
THE EMPIRE RUBBER PAINT
will neither chalk, spot nor peel, and is guaranteed to give you
perfect satisfaction after time sufficient has elapsed to thoroughly
test it. This paint has been sold in our State for over twenty
years and has given universal satisfaction, We advise all who
desire a beautiful, durable and economical paint to use
