A Cheap Management.
It is a little unusual, to be
sure, but it is never the less
plain fact that the present man
agemenf of the Georgia Railj
road doesn.t issue passes to
weekly newspapers and, there
fore, doesn't have the schedule
of trains appear in the differ
ent local papers along its line,
A few months ago all the pa¬
pers printing the schedule for
the road were ordered to discon¬
tinue same and send in old
passes At the same time spec¬
ial contracts were forwarded to
these papers for their accep¬
tance or refusal, proposing to
issue to such papers as would
accept, a thousand mile book in
payment for a five inch adver¬
tisement for twelve months
Most of the papers accepted
the proposition when they
found that it ment that or noth¬
ing.
Since that time the road has
been publishing a little real es¬
tate notice instead of it’s sched
ule.
The people have begun a
kick about tins and it is des¬
tined to grow with rime until
the road will find it convenient
to again give the weekly an¬
nouncements of the arival and
departure of trains -

teds him. Dr. Hartman lately
made the truth of this matter
public, that all might realize its
benefit.
Contagious diseases are con
veyed by minute organisms
known as disease germs. These
germs find their entrance into
the system through the mucous
membrane. If the mucous
membrane is healthy, they can
not get into the system. If the
mucous membrane is affected
by catarrh the germs find easy
act ess. Oatrrhal secretions fur¬
exactly the material upon
which they thrive and multiply.
To get rid of the catrrh, and
thus preserve the mucous mem¬
brane healthy. is the only way
to be safe from contagious dis¬
eases. This explains why it is
that some people catch diseases
easier than others. Every one
is exposed just the same. Not
every one, however, falls a vic¬
tim to contagious diseases. A
disease germ can not enter the
system through a perfectly
healthy mucous membrane.
Doctors know this, and there¬
fore guard agaiusi it. This is
all the secret there is about it.
The best cure or preventive
known to the medical profes¬
sion up to date for catarrh in a’l
its conditions is Pe-ru-na. Do¬
ing the uncertain weather of
springtime it is an unnecessary
hazard for any one to neglect to
guard himself from taking dis¬
eases, by taking Pe ru-na.
Send for free catarrh book.
