Be it ordained by the or and City Council, of the of Conyers, Ga., and it liereby ordained by authority of the same, that all persons owning dogs in said city shall be required to pay a special license of one dollar per an¬ num for each dog owned. A tag shall be furnished free, by said city, to all persons paying the tax, which shall be worn by the dog. All dogs not provided with the proper tag shall be taken up by the authorities and killed after the tlibd clay unless the spe¬ cial license fee is paid by the owner. Sec, 2 . Be it further or¬ dained that it shall be the du¬ ty of the City Clerk to keep a record of all tags issued and a description of the dog wear¬ ing same. He it ortiaiued by the Mayor and City Council of the City ®f Conyers, Ga., and it is ordained by authority of the same, that on and after the passage of this ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any physician or physi¬ cians, practicing iu said city, to de¬ tect any of the following contageous diseases: Sn all Pox, Scarlet fever, Yellow fever. Cholera and Diptheria in said city, without reporting* came within 12 hours to the Mayor of said city. Be it further ordained, That any physician or physicians failing to comply with this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of disorderly conduct and upon conviction shall be purnish ed as prescribed iu Sec. 20, of Amen¬ ded Charter of said city.
