I tender my thanks and good
wishes to my friends and support¬
ers. who so nobly stood by me in
my race for the Legislature. While
my defeat was a disappointment
to me and mine, I hope its tor
the best. The party in its prima¬
ry has siguilied its choice of candi¬
dates and it behooves us all, as
good democrats to abide the re¬
sults and stand by the nominees
of the party.
