Impressions on my older brother
Thank you Forsyth for your
kindness. But what most
impressed me was your impres
sion on my jet-set brother who
took care of me my last three days
at the hospital. He spent two
nights and days with me and ran
triage for all the cards, visitors,
sign-ins and guests. He just stood
"jaw dropped" at the sheer num
ber of well-wishers. It made me
feel good for him to know how
much a small town means. He
made the comment "If this had
happened to him he might have
one or two people come see him in the hospital." This is
how my hometown made me feel best. I face two weeks of
rest and recovery and then surgery. I am hoping to
return to work in August. Thank you Forsyth and
Monroe County.

Sincere appreciation
The family of Alma Irene “Patsy” Smith expresses our
humble appreciation to all who shared with us in the loss
of our loved one. By the outpouring of generosity, it was
obvious that her life was filled with many friends and-
family who loved her very much. May God return His
blessings to you in the same way that you have blessed
us during our time of grief and sorrow.
