the rezoning and conditional use
applications for Vulcan Materials
have been rescheduled for Sep
tember 2, 2008. The applicant is
requesting a change in zoning in
order to be allowed to place over
burden from the existing rock quar
ry onto land on Pea Ridge Road
(Map 107, Parcels 9M, 9L & 9W).
The Public Hearing will be during
the regularly scheduled Board of
Commissioners meeting Septem
