The indebtedness secured by
the Security Deed has been de
clared due and payable by reason
of default under the provisions of
the Security Deed and the terms of
the note or notes secured thereby,
and sale will be made for the pur
pose of applying the proceeds
thereof toward expenses of sale,
payment of indebtedness and inter
est thereon, and any balance re
maining shall be applied as provid
ed by law. The Property will be

lower lake level gradually to mini
mize the potential for damage to

2. Then open or remove the exist
ing gate to allow the balance of the
water to flow out.
3. When lake is empty, you will
install the new gate and operator
pedestal, leaving it closed for the
lake to refill. (Specs are attached)
