Smarr has won an
award for the con
tractor, Stroud and
Company. The facility placed first in the “Design/Build” category in
the prestigious “Build Georgia” award competition sponsored by the
Georgia Branch of the Associated General Contractors. Stroud’s work
for Gresco won among firms whose annual volume range from
$5-$20 million. Shown with the award are Chuck Stroud, president
of Stroud and Company, left, and Steve Gramling, COO of Gresco.
Gresco’s 26 acre site was developed for a 20,000 square foot admin
istrative facility. This space contains the corporate headquarters,
Georgia regional headquarters and training center and a 120,000 sq.
