Walter Lee Perkins by Ernest Per
kins in that certain Warranty Deed
dated May 15, 1987 and recorded
in Deed Book 242, Page 354 in
said Clerk's Office.

the holder of the Security Deed, in
cluding but not limited to, a determi
nation that the borrower has not re
