HEARING/CITY OF FORSYTH
RE-ZONING APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the
Mayor and Council of the City of
Forsyth, at 7:00 PM on the 2nd day
of December, 2008, or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be
reached, at City Hall Council
Chambers, will conduct a public
hearing and consider an application
for re-zoning of Brandon Ogletree
for property at 512 Washington
Drive in the City of Forsyth, desig
nated as Parcel 7 on Monroe Coun
ty Tax Map F9, and containing 0.67
acre, to rezone said parcel from the
current zoning of R-3 residential to
RM multi family. The public hearing
will be conducted in accordance wit
the procedures as set out in Article
31 of the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Forsyth.
The Forsyth Planning & Zoning
Commission will conduct a hearing
and consider the request and appli
cation at its regular meeting at 5:00
PM on November 17, 2008, or as
soon thereafter as the matter may
be reached, at City Hall Council
Chambers.
