der terminating parental rights un
der O.C.G.A. Section 15-11-93 is

minates all the parent’s rights and
obligations with respect to the chil
dren and all rights and obligations

from the parental relationship, in
cluding rights of inheritance. The
parent whose rights are terminated
is not thereafter entitled to notice of
proceedings for the adoption of the
children by another, nor has the pa
rent any right to object to the adop

Said property will be sold as the
property of Samuel K. Gore, Jr. and
Camilla S. Gore for the purposes of
paying the aforementioned debt
and all expenses of sale, including
attorney’s fees, (notice having been
given as provided by law) and the
proceeds of said sale will be ap
plied to the payment of said indebt
edness, accrued interest, expenses
of the sale and other sums secured
by said deed including attorney’s
fees with the remainder, if any, be
ing applied as provided by law.
The property will be sold subject
to all prior restrictive covenants,
easements, rights of way or encum
brances, all valid zoning ordinan
ces, matters which would be dis
closed by an accurate survey of the
property, any and all outstanding
