Corporation, d/b/a J & H Construc
tion Co. by Warranty Deed dated
April 5, 2005, and recorded in Deed
Book 1036, Page 193, aforesaid re
cords.
The Real Property or its address

The indebtedness secured by
said Deed to Secure Debt having
become in default, said real estate
will be sold as the property of M J &
H INC. DBA J & H CONSTRUC
TION, and the proceeds from said
sale will be applied to the payment
of the principal and interest of said
indebtedness and the costs of
these proceedings, including attor
ney fees, and the balance, if any,
will be paid over to the party or par
ties entitled thereto.
