Mayor and Council of the City of
Forsyth will consider and a public
hearing will be held with regard to
an ordinance to close two certain
railroad crossings on Indian
Springs Drive in the City of Forsyth,
and for other purposes related
thereto, on the 3rd day of March,
2009, at 7:00 PM or as soon there
after as the matter may be reached,
at City Hall Council Chambers. A
copy of the proposed ordinance is
available for inspection by the pub
lic at the office of the Clerk of the
City of Forsyth at City Hall during
normal business hours.

soon thereafter as the matter may
