Jonah’s makes
gigantic pizza
Jonah's on Johnston kicked
off the Forsythia Festival this
week with a huge pizza party
Literally. Jonah’s made a 36-
inch pizza, the largest brick
oven pizza ever made in mid
dle Georgia, to raise money for
the Community Care Council.
Slices were sold for $3 and all proceeds will go to benefit the founda
tion. The crew at Jonah’s tossed and stretched a five-pound pizza
dough to three feet in diameter. Spoonfuls of sauce, handfuls after
handful of cheese were spread, and slice after slice of pepperoni was
added to make the best tasting gigantic pizza.
