Cards of Thanks
Appreciation of hometown hospital
I would like to thank everyone at the Monroe County
Hospital for the care I received during my recent illness.
Dr. Rogers and Dr. Goodwin, thank you for the concern
you showed me and the nurses for being so personable. I
was transferred to a Macon hospital and that is when I
realized how great and important it is to have our small
town local hospital, doctors and nurses and all who
assisted with my care. Thank you again for what you all
did for me! I would also like to thank everyone for their
prayers, calls and visits.
Trellis Grant
Sincerest thanks
Words are inadequate to fully express my appreciation
for the many prayers, calls, cards, visits, food, gifts, and
other expressions of kindness bestowed upon my wife
Ezma, and me since my recent accident.
During my time in the hospital for both treatment and
therapy and since my return home, we have been blessed
daily in so many incredible ways. The outpouring of love
has been overwhelming, and we are so humbled by the
care and concern of so many family members, friends,
neighbors, and acquaintances.
It is my hope that this note of thanks will convey my
sincere appreciation to all those who have taken the time
to let my family and me know we are loved.
Please continue to remember us in your prayers and
thoughts.
