Students are on track
Incentives such as having lunch on the

and Star Gazing (earth science).
WHMS students and parents enjoyed
some delicious desserts made by the
Hubbard dads.
Mr. Chad Sanders showed students and parents how

deer hearts.

learning process more meaning

Saying ‘thanks’
to Veterans
WHMS eighth graders recently wrote cards
of appreciation to send to active military
members for Veteran’s Day. WHMS teacher
Catherine Berner is currently deployed over
seas and the cards were sent to her to dis
tribute to the troops she is serving with. The
students were thankful for the opportunity
and had a better understanding of the sacri
fices that our military makes on their behalf.
