can observed Mr. Wyche throw
approximately 5.9 grams of crack-
cocaine out the passenger side
window. Cpi. Duncan forced the
truck off the road on E. Main St.
at Forest St. Mr. Wyche was in
possession of a Cobra .380 cal.

initiated a traffic s top with the
above named ve3hicle driven by
Jose Luis Florio. The vehicle stop
was due to the vehicle’s window
tint being extremely dark (15%). A
check of Florio’s State of Georgia
driver’s license showed that it was
suspended. After placing Florio
under arrest, Deputy Leggett con
ducted a vehicle inventory in
which 62 Marijuana plants and 1
pound of Marijuana in a plastic
bag was discovered.

2:15 a.m. on April 27, 2011
MSCO Patrol Deputy Cpi. Willie
Brown stopped tne above listed
Lincoln Town Car, operated by
Austin Matthew Crawley, for a
broken tail light on i-75 S.B. at M.
M. 195. Jessica Hope Judy, the ti
tled owner of the Lincoln was the
passenger in the vehicle. Cpi.
Brown noted the smell of burning
marijuana in vehicle. When CpL
Brown ran a computer check of
the Austin Matthew Crawley's
driver’s license it showed his li
cense was suspended. Cpi.
Brown then ran a computer check
of Jessica Hope Judy’s driver’s li
cense and it was also suspended.
Cpi. Brown arrested Mr. Crawley
and impounded the Lincoln be
cause Ms. Judy could not drive it.
An inventory of the vehicle result
ed in Cpi. Brown discovering a pill
vial containing numerous mixed
scheduled pharmaceutical drugs
and a bag corner containing ap
proximately 3.5 grams of meth-
amphetamine. Cpi. Brown then
arrested Ms. Judy for the drug vi
olations.

or indirectly, to facilitate violations

Conduct giving rise to seizure and

On April 12, 2011 at approximate
ly 3:42 p.m. MCSO patrol Ser
geant Ricky Davis made a traffic
stop of the above listed Honda
Accord bearing Ohio tag
EZS4034, operated by Timothy L.
Walters, for violation of the Geor
gia window tint law. Timothy Wal
ters appeared overly nervous
made statements leading Sgt. Da
vis to believe Mr. Walters had ille
gal drugs and/or other contraband
in the Honda. Clarissa Potter was
a front seat passenger in the Hon
da, which belonged to Mr. Wal
ters.
Sgt. Davis asked for and received
verbal consent to search Mr. Wal
ters's Honda. Sgt. Davis search
the Honda after MCSO Ptlmn.
Sam Leggett arrived at the scene.
Mr. Walters directed Sgt. Davis to
the two listed handguns which
were in the glove compartment
and console. Ptlmn. Leggett
found green marijuana ana a
glass marijuana smoking pipe on
fhe front seat. Ptlmn. Leggett also
found an Oxycontin prescription
vial two different types of pills, a
Marlboro cigarette pack contain
ing four marijuana cigarettes from
the driver’s side door picket. Sgt.
David found one and one-half
ounces of marijuana in a plastic
box that had been fixed with mag
nets and was affixed inside the
engine compartment. This box al
so contained two vials of marijua
na seed. Sgt. Davis also found
loose green marijuana inside a
speaker box in the vehicles trunk.
Ptlmn. Leggett and Ptlmn. Wil
liam Jackson recovered a metal
box from the person of Clarissa
Potter that contained seven Roxy-
codone pills. Clarissa Potter stat
ed to them that as they were be
ing stopped Mr. Walters threw the
metal box to her and told her to
hide it in her pants.
A total of $1824.12 was seized
from two different locations in the
Honda: $632 from beneath a rear
floor mat and $1192.12 from the
person of Timothy L. Walters.
The seized items were used
and/or intended for use, directly
or indirectly, to facilitate violations
of the Georgia Controlled Sub
stance Act, and/or represent pro
ceeds realized or derived from
such violations, and/or were ac
quired and/or maintained by pro
ceeds realized or derived from
such violations and/or funds com
mingled with such proceeds
and/or represent “Things of value”
found in close proximity to con
trolled substances and/or other
property subject to forfeiture pur
suant to OCGA §16-13-49. There
fore the seized property is contra
band as defined by OCGA §16-
13-49(n) (4).
All parties claiming an interest
in said property are further ad
vised that they may file a claim
within thirty (30) days of the sec
ond publication of this Notice of
