being the property conveyed by
River Forest, Inc. to Hugh H. An
drews and Georgia K. Andrews
by Limited Warranty Deed dated
June 12, 2003, and recorded in

aforesaid records. Hugh H. An
drews conveyed his interest in
and to said property to Georgia K.
Andrews by Quit Claim Deed dat
ed August 8, 2003, and recorded
in Deed Book 900, Page 8, afore

The aforedescribed real proper
ty is more commonly known as

31029, according to the present
system of numbering houses in
Monroe County, Georgia.
This sale will be conducted sub
ject (1) to confirmation that the
sale is not prohibited under the
U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) to
final confirmation and audit as to
the amount and status of the loan
with the holder of the Security
Deed, including but not limited to,
a determination that the borrower
has not reinstated the loan prior
