Will and Testament of Beverly

transferred to Giles H. O'Neal
by Transfer and Assignment of
Deeds to Secure Debt dated
October 28, 2013, recorded

and the interest of Giles H.
O’Neal having been transferred
to GHON, LLC by Transfer and
Assignment dated January 1,
