presenting a Summer
Walk-a-Weigh program
on Fridays during
June 17 through July
22 from 10-11 a.m. at
the Monroe County
Recreation Department
gym. Walk-a-Weigh is
for anyone who would
like to lose weight per
manently. It focuses
on changing life style
through healthy menus
and exercise. It can
also help deal with
(and prevent) diabetes,
cardiovascular disease,
osteoporosis and other
chronic diseases. The
Rec Dept, gym offers
a cool, safe place to
walk on Fridays at the
same time as getting
good tips for healthy
meals and encourage
ment from others. For

birth of their twin daughters, Caitlyn Lee Windham and Madison Lee Windham, on Wednesday,
April 6, 2016 at Piedmont Henry Hospital. Caitlyn was born at 8:36 a.m. weighing 5 lbs. 14.8 oz.
and was 18.25 inches long. Madison was born at 8:37 a.m. weighing 5 lbs. 6.7 oz. and was 18.5
inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Keith and Rhonda Lowery of Monroe County. Paternal grandpar
ents are Bob and Dari Windham of Macon. Uncles are Wesley and Thomas Lowery and Dalton
Windham.
