victory on the road against the
Peach County Trojans Thursday
night for their 14th consecutive
win on the season. Since their
opening day loss to Morgan
County, MP has outscored their
opponents 156-32. They are No. 3
in Class AAA in total runs scored

The Dogs started the scoring on
Thursday when a Brady Christ

Snow from 3rd. An Ian Lewis
double scored Aric Mock to make
it 2-0. In the 3rd inning Ian Lewis
recorded his second RBI double
of the game making it 3-0. The
4th inning was highlighted by a
Thomas Brooks’ 2-RBI double
putting the Dogs up 7-0. Then
MP struck hard for seven rims
in the top of the 7th with 4 base
hits that was combined with 5
walks. Three of those walks were
due to the pitcher mistaking the
batters box for the plate as Mock,
Jake Gore, and Gage Hopper were
plucked and recipients of those
pitches. Lewis started the game
on the mound and continued his
dominance as he went 3 innings
giving up zero rims, 1 hit and
striking out 4 batters. Jake Grant
