Josie Rafferzeder and Tristan Jensen
Rafferzeder,
Jensen to wed
Jerry and Tammy Rafferzeder announce the engage
ment and forthcoming wedding of their daughter Josie
Rafferzeder to Tristan Jensen. Josie is the granddaugh
ter of the late Raymond and Anna Lou Rafferzeder of
Clearwater, Fla. and the late Ray and Brenda McKinzie of
Forsyth.
She is a 2019 graduate of Mary Persons High School
and owns and operates JosieMichelle Monogram. Tristan
is the son of Michael and Misty Jensen of Griffin and the
grandson of the late Linda Jenson of Sunnyside and Tim
and Paula Morgan of Buford and Thomas and Sharon
Smith of Sunnyside. He is a 2019 graduate of School of
Grace Academy in Griffin and works at Underground
Customs.
The wedding will be held on Sunday August 21,2022 at
The Barn in Culloden. The couple plan to honeymoon in
Savannah and reside in Forsyth.

Recknor to wed
John and Dustie Ligeikis announce the engagement
and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, BreeAna
Elizabeth Ligeikis, to Ian Dare Recknor. Ian is the son
of Eric and Kim Recknor
BreeAna is a 2018 graduate of Monroe County High
School. She is currently employed by KLS Martin as a
materials handler. Ian is a

Flag Day
Members of Lt. James Monroe DAR chapter placed a
National Flag Day display in the atrium of the Monroe
County administrative building for the public to enjoy.
The display includes free American flags, Flag Code
brochures, bookmarks and candy. Flag Day is officially
recognized on June 14 of each year. Pictured, left to
