Buff said Dallas Hall, who just returned after a year away to take over the MP soccer program, informed him of the decision by text on Thursday, May 25. Buff said he was told that MP athletic director Robert Lindsey made the decision. Buff was told that the administration wants a certified teacher in that position instead of a community coach. Buff was told they also felt that he was slack on disci pline. He will be replaced by MCMS math teacher Andrew Stevick, who had been relieved as MP boys soccer coach 3 years ago after a 2-year stint. By Will Davis publisher@mymcr.net High Falls is buzzing after an industrial warehouse develop er bought 1,143 acres, all four corners of the 1-75 High Falls exit 198, for $7.8 million last month and began clearing the land. High Falls 75 EEC, a Stock- bridge company just created in March, purchased 464 acres in Monroe County from Anna Smith of J Stone 75 LLC for $5.8 million on April 14. The company is thought to be a vehicle for developer Doug Adams, who is doing the Riv er Park development that will include a new Proctor & Gamble distribution cen ter at exit 205 in Butts County. High Falls 75 also bought 679 acres on the Lamar County side of the High Falls exit for $2 million.
