Mr Stinson was on his way hack to Washing ton from Jacksonville, where he had been sent to look into complaints of citterns that the city had not been correctly enu merated lie found this report to be un founded Mr Stinson was directed by Director Mcrrinm to look Into the work of the su pervisor at Savannah, on a report of dis satisfaction here, tliough no complaint had been filed with the bureau.
