Savannah's expected storm did not ma terialise yesterday, though storm signals were flying all of the afternoon, and the red lights on the poet office building por tending northeast winds burned all last night. The storm that was expected had been located the night before off Tampa In the <Julf. but had traveled so rapidly north during the night and early yester day morning that the weather bureau at Washington had sent an advisory mes sjge to the bureau tn this city that there was a disturbance apparently over North Florida, and high northeast winds. po**|hl> becoming dangerous, might be expected during tne afternoon or night.
