hen had been scratching, with a little

den there I went down there and
brought up a box full of silverware. I re
turned the largest pieces of silverware to
the lady of the house, hut before I left
the garden 1 found another place where
1 thought valuables were hidden Till
time I brought up a box of bullet moulds
and Cane picks, which caused me lo be

bushwhacking gang. 1 then determined
