EFFINGHAM SUPERIOR COURT. Jndfcc Seahrook's I'olutrd Charge to the Grand Jury. Guyton, Ga., Nov. 14.—Effingham Su perior Court convened to-day. Judge Paul Seabrook presiding. In his charge to the grand jury, the Judge laid par ticular stress upon the oath of the grand Jurors, mentioning In this con nection that the oath subscribed to by the foreman was also the oath of each grand juror. He charged the Jury to be careful in investigating the books and records of the various justices of the peace in the County as evidence had come to him from confidential sources that there was a laxity in the ad ministration of Justice in certain pre cincts. The judge also charged that he want ed the grand jury to avoid any favort lsm in dispensing justice. In other words that It should be no respecter of persons; that justice be meted out to a prominent individual, if gu.lty, as quickly as to a poor unfortunate. He referred to the ease and rt*adiness with which divorces are obtained. He also charged the grand jury to in vestigate the sale of domestic wine in various parts of the county. Prominent among the legal fraternity present are, H. B. Strange of States boro, P. W. Meldrim, Rufus E. Les ter, R. J. Travis, 11. W. Johnson, W. F. Slater. D. H. Clark, T. F. Walsh. W. L. Gignilllat. and Edwin Cohen, court stenographer, of Savannah, in addi tion to the members of the local bar. The first case for trial was the case of Davis-Forrest Machine Works vs. Georgia Trading and Manufacturing Company, a suit on account. The amount Involved Is $213.39. The case is with the Jury. The case of Ben J. Davis vs. C. S. Lynch, complaint, is being tried. Criminal c*ases will not be tried until Wednesday, when the murder case of J. J. Reiser will be called. PHYSICIANS EVERY\VHEKE Know the Value of Pyramid Pile Cure “Gratitude alone prompts me to testify to the efficacy of Pyramid Pile Cure. Last March I bought a dollar package at the drug store, which cured me of bleeding piles, and I was a sufferer from them for eight years; but I had not been troubled with them since, until last September, when I gave birth to a baby girl, and after that I had a very severe case of protruding piles, which a trained nurse said was the worst case she ever saw, and my doctor told me to get Pyramid Pile Cure again, which I did, and was completely cured in three days. I have not had piles of any kind since, and it is all owing to this wonderful remedy. My nurse took a box, which I was glad to be able to give her. for I know she will be able to help lots of suffering peo ple whom I could never see or know. “I recommend 'Pyramids' wherever I know of any one suffering as I did. It gives me great pleasure to be able to say I am entirely cured, which my doctor says Is true.. I say God bless Pyramid Pile Cure." From a former great sufferer, Mrs. F. S. Ancott, 1206 Unity St., Frankford, Philadelphia, Pa. This remedy, which is sold by drug gists generally, in fifty-cent and dollar packages. Is in a suppository form, is applied directly to the parts affected and performs its work quietly and painlessly. Its value is evidenced by the testimony given above, and we urge all sufferers to buy a package now and give it a trial to-night. Ac cept no substitute and remember that there is no remedy "just as good.” A little book on the Cause and Cure of Piles is published by the Pyramid Drug Cos..
