Taylor, which appeared May Ist, and was distributed by tens of thousands at the unveiling of the Statue of Hon. B. H. Hill , in Atlanta, was such a success that Mr. Taylor has issued another edi tion, much enlarged and greatly im proved. The new Confederate Souvenir is double the size of the first, profusely illustrated, and abounds in illustrated war poetry. It contains portraits of the leading spirits of the Confederacy, to gether with illustrations of historical buildings, emblems, money and scenes in that thrilling era in the history of our country. This book is a most valuable souvenir, and will be mailed tree to any one sending a 2 cent stamp to Walter A. Taylor, Atlanta, Ga. Atlanta has the credit of having with in her confines the largest music house in the South, that of Phillips & Crew. Besides being publishers, they carry a tremendous stock of every conceivable kind of instruments, sheet music of con temporaneous authors, as well as that of the old masters. The firm have and are now selling goods in all the Southern States, which evidences the confidence reposed in them. As to local trade their store is musical headquarters, and all the recommendation needed for an instrument is that it came from Phillips &Crew. Music makes the home glad, and nothing assists more than a mellow, sweet-toned Piano or Organ. Many people spoil the very object they aim to secure in their failure to get a goo I in strument. Then never buy a cheap or gan or piano, or employ a cheap teacher, for then the child loses its love for music and the parent loses money.
